Business, Therapy and Coaching
Perhaps my unique perspective arises out of my wearing a variety of different hats. I started out with a management degree and spent close to a decade in the corporate world, in Human Resources and then as a trainer in management development. In the early 90's, I decided to augment my skills by training as a psychotherapist. For three years, I had a private therapy practice while co-running workshops in North America and Europe on Conflict Facilitation and Relationship Skills. In 1997, I relinquished pure therapy work in favour of combining it with my business skills for what was to later become the newly coined field of Coaching.Friday, August 17, 2007
